Complaint Review: Lucky 7 Customs

Complete rip off, I was financed for a 40 spoke package, to include 23" front 16" rear wheels, front and rear tires, triple trees, and rotors. I originally ordered in February didnt start receiving any of my items until late May. Tires were supposedly shipped but didnt require a signature so they said, I never saw them. Then the manufacturing company couldn't produce the 40 spoke wheel so I was given the option to cancel my order or upgrade. I was financed for a certain amount of money so I asked if they could find something close to my budget. He upgrades to a 50 spoke that he claim he paid an additional $300 out of pocket for. Which is BS because he just posted the same 50 spoke wheel on his site for $320. Any who, I said cool so its a fat spoke front and rear right? He said no just the front. So I said well cancel it, only a fool would take a front wheel after having a contract that says front and rear tires. He sent it any way and said take it up with your finance company. What a p***k. After week or two I finally received my trees, which required a signature unlike the tires that was supposedly sent. I guess the threat of canceling got to them. Then here comes the front rim only and rotors. These guys started off great and it turned sour very quickly. If I was lucky 7 I'll be careful how I advertise things. I'm also a small business owner and I aim to please my customers. How can you sit here and said you went into your pocket for the upgrade and turn around and sell the same exact wheel for $320.
