We took our Pomeranian in for grooming. We asked that the groomer cut off 1/2 -1" of fur. When we picked up our dog the groomer had shaved our dog down to the undercoat leaving at most 1/2". In total the groomer cut off at least 5 or more inches. The groomer also completely shaved off our dogs mane and we explicitly told them not to cut the mane, the cut was also crooked. Shaving a Pomeranians cost down this short can cause permanent damage. We are going to have to wait months to see if her coat grows back in properly. We want a refund and an acknowledgment of responsibility for improperly grooming a Pomeranian.
