On August 15, 2007, I ordered 6 pizzas from Lucky's Pizza. I paid for them, picked them up, and was in the middle of eating them when somebody called my cell phone demanding to know when I was going to pick up my pizzas.

I was confused because I was EATING those pizzas when he called.

So I told him that I had a receipt proving that I had already paid for the pizzas. He told me to come show him, which of course, I wasn't going to do. I was miles away in the middle of a meal.

He called several times on my cell phone, leaving text messages saying "please call" and finally leaving a long obscene message on my cell phone:

I called back a day later, after hearing the message, and tried to work it out. I just wanted the name of the manager so I could tell him what was said to me and what actually happened. I got the manager, but he wouldn't give me his last name.

He passed me to another employee who then told me his name was John Belushi, and that there was no owner whatsoever - of course, this is a joke.

So I made the video showing my receipt, the date, the time I paid (versus the time he called and left his message) and exactly what he said recorded from my phone's voice mail.

Avoid Lucky's Pizza like the plague.

The pizza wasn't really all that anyway, but more astounding was the fact that they didn't even attempt to work anything out or listen to me before they insulted me, said I was "full of sh**" and repeatedly calling me a "motherf*****".

I want my money back, and until that happens, the video stays up on the internet so the world can see how Tony Spahiu and Lucky's Pizza treats his customers AFTER the sale.

The owner doesn't even apologize?

The owner doesn't apologize, or offer any money back and surrenders a half-baked "what had happened, officer" response.

Shoot. Why not just log in, say, "I'm the owner, and tough luck, buddy."

I saw the Lucky's pizza video on YouTube, and did a search for Lucky's Pizza on Google and ended up here. This is a better story than I expected.

How does one know enough to become a store owner, yet lacks the ability to type a normal letter, instead of a letter in all caps, one big run-on sentence, and with absolutely no punctuation marks?

I'd be afraid to watch you try to make a pizza.

Ahhh, so it's MY fault this happened?! Greg Wheeler's answer is to blame the customer.

Are you kidding me?

Here's what you said, Greg:

>

No, that isn't true. How could it be?

How could I just walk into the "wrong location" and pick up 6 pizzas that I "didn't order" from you? The pizzas were waiting when I got there.

Here, since my short essay is so difficult for you to understand, let me recap what ACTUALLY happened - as stated in my original post:

1. I ordered pizzas from YOUR store.
2. I picked them up and paid for them at YOUR store.
3. YOUR store called my cell phone and threatened and insulted me.

Here. Listen! This is YOUR caller ID on the phone and it matches my receipt from YOUR store.

(((ROR redacted)))

So I ordered from the right store (yours), paid at the right store (yours) and got insulted by the right store (yours).

But yeah, thanks for BLAMING THE CUSTOMER, Greg. There's a surprise! That whole p***y and c***sucker monologue on my voicemail from your store was probably my fault too.

THE FAMILY AS THEY LIKE TO CLASSIFY THEMSELVES ARE HOT HEADED NEW YORKERS AND MOST OF THEM NEVER EVEN KNEW I WAS THE OWNER UNTIL THEIR EMPLOYMENT WAS TERMINATED. SIMPLE MISUNDERSTANDING BUT NOT ACCEPTABLE .

Luckily, I can still type.

Contact the Peoria City Hall and get the information you need there. They will have the owners name and contact info.

I would also present the recording to the phone company. Making obscene, and/or threatening phone calls is a crime.

Good luck.
