This company is a real work of art! After 29 days I still do not have my order! They're policy states they ship within 24 hours, while they did not. It is further stated that I was to have my order on the Dec.14th and still it is not here. I have called many times but no return calls after leaving voice messages for Frank the supervisor and I'm always told he is at lunch. When calling Lucky Vitamin using opts 2 to find out what happened to my order, I had to hang up after 15 & 20 min. due to no answer. I called back again pressed opts 1 for a "new order" and got customer service on the line within 2 min. I was transfered to the supvervisors voice mailbox and was waiting for his voice mail to pick up, after a few min. I got a recording stated that it "is now after hours and could not be helped". They seemed to closed 6 mins early on that day! Know that some of the best businesses state that "service sells" and can make your bottom dollar.

Let's be clear on what credit card fraud is, that is when someone or company charges your credit card and dosen't produce the product you paid for. I only authrized the charges based on the terms and conditions for what is stated on the website and I've been more than fare with Lucky Vitamin after 29 days of no products. We sent a man to the moon when? . . .and we have this type of service! BULLSHIT!!! I further sent them a nasty email of they're service and how I will not stand for this! And I exspect for all of you who read this to not use this company! No longer should anyone have to put up with this piss poor service! This company should pay any penilties for running a half a*s business, really I hope they go out of business all together! CONSUMER BE AWARE THAT LUCKY VITAMIN IS NOT WORTH THE LITTLE MONEY YOU SAVE, it will cost you more in time and phone calls tracking a order that may not really exist! This is simply not aceptable to treat customers this way and we ALL need to let these types of companies know this! MAY THIS MESSAGE BE LOUD AND CLEAR OF WHAT 1 PERSONS VOICE CAN DO!
