Complaint Review: luckyvitamin.com

I purchased certain medications on luckyvitamin.com on Apr 20th 2020 and these were not delivered even as of today (3rd Jul). Customer service is disowning the delivery stating that the parcel was only guaranteed to be delivered at the port of entry of my country (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). How would then the parcel reach me?

This has been a super frustrating experience. I have checked with local DHL, customs and local post office (Pos Laju) and they have all advised me to connect with seller but Luckyvitamin customer support is not owning the responsibility. Their customer service agents are spinning different stories when contacted - that my parcel was returned by the customs and i will get refund once the parcel is received. Customes never delivers any parcels in any country.

The other version they gave is my parcel was handed over to the local delivery service, which is untrue because i have got this checked locally and they havent received anything yet. Am requesting and following up with luckyvitamin for past 2+ months but they will not help. It has been the most frustrating and disconnected customer experience ever. LuckyVitamin disowns customers after the transaction. These guys are SCAMMERS. I found many other consumers like myself who have been scammed by them. Beware of them.
