I purchased a travelling ticket from Luckyway Travel agencie in Bay ridge brooklyn new york, they sold me a non-refundable ticket as its regular...Things happened and i had to change my flight, when i went their they told me then its not changeable and go do whatever you can do!!!!!. And you know what's the funny thing is? I did report that to the department of aviation service, they told me they can not help me, because the travel agency told them everything was explained to me when i purchased the ticket!!!! WELL, what else can they say???
