Complaint Review: lucre inc

On may 10, 2010 i recived a phone call from no. 616-698-0052 at 8:50 pm monday night a person comes on the phone said his name,and ask me about my 4 digits on my credit card  no. and i had asked him why and how did he get my 4 digits from my credit card. no. he goes on that i had made a purchase with a third party and i was entitled to a 120.00 dollar gas card and coupons which i could get 40% off of everday things and i ask him was it account now which is my bank and he said that he couldnt give that info out but he could go on saying like a broken records that they where going to send this info and after 7days they would charge me 2.95 and then after that it would be 29.95 and you get to keep the gas card and i told him that its against the law to call after 7 so i havent even agree to any of this he switchs me the mail room and this lady was talking so fast i couldnt get the no. down and i said slow down there and i told her  that i wasnt interested in the offer and when  she was giving the no. and she had ask me why was i writing the no. down and i told here that i had ask you not to send this information to my address and i wasnt interested so am going to report you and then she wish me a good evening and hang  the phone up the only thing i wont from this comany is to walk the walk and get rid of my personal information i had sent the company a letter they fell on deaf ears so am going the next step and i dont want there product and i was on the do no call list
