Lucreberg Kept money rather than paying under their terms of investment.
On May 7, 2023, I deposited $200 into Lucreberg's basic plan which, according to the website, would pay me 2% per day for 7 days but my initial investment would be locked for 20 days. The result would be that at the end of those 20 days, my account total should have been $228 and would be available to be withdrawn.
On May 28, my sponsor informed me that I had to re-register my account because of some web site changes and upgradess - which I did. When I finally was able to login, neither my initial investment nor my profit was reflected. Both fields showed a zero balance. When I established a chat session and explained my issue, I was told that I would have to make a new deposit in order to secure my initial investment. My sponsor has since verified that what I was told is indeed correct.
Since then, I have had several chat sessions with support. They have repeatedly told me that my original $200 is safe but that I would have to make an additional deposit (minimum $200) for my original deposit to show up on the new web site. They refuse to answer my question of what happens to my funds if I choose never to make another deposit. I presume they will keep those funds. I refuse to make another deposit because they have changed the rules once - there is nothing to prevent them from changing them again. There was no notice of the change in the investment rules which would have given people the option of making an additional investment or opting out and having their money returned. Total rip off.

I contacted support again this morning, and asked the same questions. There were, of course, no answers to my questions. They said that I had labelled Lucreberg a scam (which is true) and that I had violated their terms of agreement and my account was being closed. I guess it's ok that they violated the terms of my investment!

Jamzee - you certainly have a way with words. i guess it's easier to call someone names rather than to respond with facts that back up your assertion. Please be so kind as to provide FACTS that back up your claim that I am a scammer. Who have I scammed? If you would take the time to read what I have written, I would like to know exactly what I have said that was incorrect. Was my understanding of how the program worked incorrect? If not, why is it that my money cannot be released?
I guess it's just easier to throw accusatoins at someone rather than address the facts. And it;s easier to hide behind some sort of psuedonym rather than reveal your real identity. You are a coward.

Here are some legitimate questions/concerns which have been communicated to support and to which i have had no response nor any explanation -
Lucreberg has not honored the terms of the original investment agreement. I deposited $200 under their terms - 2% per day; capital locked for 20 days. After the 20 day period, my entire total was to be available for withdrawal.
I am simply asking that Lucreberg honor the original terms, which they set ( not me) and credit my new account with the accumulated funds from the old account or make them available for me to withdraw.
I also would amend this complaint to reflect any positive outcome to this situation. Otherwise, I stand behind what I have written.
