Lucy Creek Arms Tim Miller Did not fill my order and did not refund my money! Internet
I ordered a magazine for my pistol from Tim on Aug. 6, 2011 (His ad on the internet stated that he had them in stock) He charged my credit card the following day. ( $52.50 ) After waiting more then 3 weeks without word from Tim regarding the status of my order. I called him on the phone. Tim told me he did not know when my order would by filled. On Nov. 14 2011 , I called him again on the phone , he told me it was back ordered. At that time I asked him to cancil my order and refund my money, as I was able to purchased an identical one from another internet source. He said "no problem I will tell accounting tomorrow and they will take care of it" . They did not !! I have since e-mailed Tim 3 times, and he has e-mailed me back each time telling me he will take care of it personally. ---Todays date is Jan. 22, 2012 and he still has not given me a refund as promised.
5 1/2 months from order date with no magazine and NO REFUND !
I will not deal with this man again ! He has no honor and he lies and cheats , he cannot be trusted !!!
