Complaint Review: Luebke Baker & Associates

I got a call from Luebke Baker & Associates saying that I owe $419.22 for magazines that I never ordered. They said I made a payment for $139 in April 2003 but I wasn't even in the state when they said I did I was on deployed in North Carolina. I called them back and the a woamn answered. She said that they couldn't send bills in the mail if you were deployed and last year she said they sent 4 bills but I was in Iraq last until September. At the time the bills were sent I have been on deployment and now she states that she is marking in as refusal to pay. I told her fine because they will never get any money from me because I never ordered any magazines. They made alot of harrassing phone calls to my house and was very rude when you are talking to them also calls you a liar.
