Complaint Review: Lufthansa Miles And More and customer service

So i made a reservation and need it to make some changes but when i was trying to get hold of Customer Service all i was getting We are busy call later and line would disconnect. And to top off i need it to get pin number so i called the other miles n more customer service and.....the picked up...WOW. But i was told that i supposly never enter my email address when i set up account years ago and now i got to mail yes mail my infortamtion or fax begging them to issue me a new pin#.

I think its a joke and miles scam they have going if you call and noone answear and if they do you got to jump thru hoops to get it. I can rest my bank password faster then get pin# for scam miles rewards program. which by the way they are gettind sued if not alredy sued in germany of miles.

I fly with them 2-3 time a year overseas...not a big flyier by some....but its sure will be the last fly with them....planty other airlines out there.
