Lugless Stole my Luggage Albany New York
I'm an international graduate student, I shipped my luggage from California where I spent summer to Alabama using Lugless company which use UPS company for shipping , but they lost my luggage and refuse to refund me as in their policy. They must refund me at lest 500$ in case of lost. And the value of my stuff not less than 750$
