Complaint Review: Luis Chai Wai Fong

Luis Chay Wai Fong (IC. No.  79062-14-6190) and her husband Liang Foo Kuan (IC No. 720512-14-5031) run a web-design & web-hosting company called GIS Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. They seek the services of freelance writers to do the web-content.  After your work is done, you will never receive payment.  With impunity, they will avoid your calls, hide in their offices and give the excuse "Our client has not approved the write-up. " Their modus operandi is to use one writer for 1 or 2 sites so that the amount owing is small, thus legal action is not feasible. Several web-content writers has been cheated in this manner.  I did three assignments for them and my content were uploaded -- meaning clients had apporved the content. But I never received payment. So, freelancers, please avoid writing assignments from this couple like ths plague!
