Complaint Review: Luke All

In a deal established between my small ecommerce store and Luke All's company, Prestige Worldwide, he decided to back out at the last minute. However, by then he and his team had already added their bank details to our Shopify store, being that had the deal gone through they would run the store. 

However, the deal did not go through and Luke and his team did not make effort to switch the bank information back to my bank. While I take full accountability as to not switching the bank myself, once I realized the mistake over a month later, AND then contacted Luke directly, we should have been able to resolve it. 

Instead Luke has ignored countless emails, DM's on Instagram and Whatsapp messages. I even had an ex employee of his by the name of Elijah K. to reach out to him at least three times on my behalf, and still nothing! 

Luke did reply to my partner when he reached out to him but after the first message he simply began ignoring him as well. 

I simply want Luke to pay me what I am owed and we can settle this. Please stop hiding and ignoring us. I have sent over everything you need in the many messages provided. You know how to get in touch with me, so please do and I will gladly remove this report. Until then it remains.
