Complaint Review: Luke Lowrey - The Vertical Project - Theverticalproject.com

Please be aware of the false leading of this company.  What started out as my son wanting to learn how to jump higher for basketball and thinking he was getting some information for $23 has turned into this company billing us for not only the $23.77 (and nothing to show for it) but now a charge appears on my bank statement for $179.85 which my husband said was not indicated when purchasing.

You go to their website and a they state "customer service is our #1 priority".  Right.  That is why when you call the number provided you have to listen to long winded "infomercial" from the founder you are asked to leave your e-mail address and name to be contacted.

I then tried the website for an e-mail and got back another long winded e-mail actually trying to sell me more products and telling me what a great deal we got, when again, we have absolutely nothing to show for it.  I finally got a more personal response stating we authorized this continuous monthly charge when we registered and that we could cancel future billings.  I am so frustrated and mad that this company has just taken $200 of our hard earned money that we do not have now to pay for food/bills!  Even if their product would work in any way, if this company were truly reputable, they would have no need to mislead or hide these hidden charges for any product.
