My boyfriend and I began using Luken Limousines around March 2010.  I travel for business frequently, and was evaluating his company personally before recommending the company to my associates.  I am SO very thankful I did this, as I would be completely mortified had any of my associates had to go through what we did with Luken Limousines.

We used Howard's service about 12 times within a 3 month span.  Two of those times, Mr. Luken experienced tire problems with his vehicle.  The last time we used this service, Mr. Luken got a flat tire and pulled over on one of the most dangerous freeway curves in Los Angeles.  My boyfriend had to get out of the car and get his suitcase out of the vehicle so Mr. Luken could access his spare tire.  Turns out the spare tire was flat.  Mr. Luken did not have AAA service, or any other roadside assistance plan, so I had to got the number and relay it to Mr. Luken through my boyfriend.

He then called a cab, and instead of putting my boyfriend in the cab to get him to his destination, he spoke to the cab driver and then sent him on his way.  Once AAA came, they towed Mr. Luken to a nearby Sears.  The ordeal took about 4 hours, and my boyfriend was basically stranded with Mr. Luken and forced to be subjected to his angry ranting about the cost of the tires, etc.

We received nothing for our trouble, and when I contacted Mr. Luken to express my dissatisfaction with the situation, he proceeded to insult me, my boyfriend, and various ethnic groups in the process.  I was appalled at his behavior and lack of professionalism.  For a company that relies on 1-2 vehicles for its livelihood, I am shocked that they would be so ill-prepared for a vehicle issue.

I would NOT recommend this service for anyone that is looking for a prepared, professional service run by equal opportunity individuals. As someone in the service industry, I would have done everything in my power to make sure the customer was not burdened by my personal vehicle issues, and Mr. Luken did no such thing.  Buyer Beware!

All this Rebecka Rodriguez of Santa Clarita, California [just off of Princessa Highway for anyone who wants to know her phone number and address just contact Luken Limousine], had to do was read her service agreement which was provided in every email and booking she made. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can read her "complaint" and see what she is all about. She has filed no chargeback with her credit card company because she knows it is a bogus complaint. She has contacted no attorney but instead has chosen to surf the internet posting as many malicious attacks as she can, very likely wasting more of her time that $150 worth. Luken Limousine avoided a potentally fatal accident on the most dangerous stretch of the 101 highway just south of Ventura, a spot known to the tow truck driver as a spot where many have crashed and died without a catastrophic tire blowout.  The client was transported safe and sound to his destination. There was no time limitation on the trip and this person was not charged extra beyond the 3 hours she paid for. She has never offered a gratuity, not one single penny, to the drivers and even expected to cancel other bookings the same day without being charged. She ignored her own service agreement as many do and instead has chosen to pursue this vendetta. Luken Limousine has turned this malicious attack matter over to our attorney.

Luken Limousine has bent over backwards to appease this woman over the DOZEN TIMES SHE HAS BOOKED OUR SERVICE. Changes in pickup times and places, late trains and impossble traffic, attempts to cancel service the same day and avoid her agreed payment as per her service agreement, and now an unforseen and dangerous blowout on a crowded California freeway and NOTHNG wll ever change the kind of person this woman is, nothing. We suggested she take her business elsewhere or find a bus since she is apparently not affluent enough to be booking a limousine service. Buyer beware indeed. Limousine services beware.
