When I saw charge for full purchase price I called and they said it was too late to contest it and it had been over 14 day. No information was sent with original shipment for return policy. I could not find any information until it showed up on my credit card with their phone number Saint Petersburg Florida
The impression they give you is a sample is being sent out for the price of shipping. Did not see small print that you would be charged after 14 days for the full amout of product. Luma Belle was sent out in a box with no return address, no insert explaining policy or information on how to return within 14 days. The first I realized I would be charged was when it showed up on my credit card and of course they did not do that until the 14th day. This gives no time to return. I offered to return the unused portion of product and they would not do that either.
