Complaint Review: LumaGlow and Oveena Skin Care

I agreed to pay $4.95 shipping for each of the free trial offers. No where was I told in 15 days I would be charged an additional $89.41 and $94.95 for the same product I already received. I went to the bank to dispute the charges only to find out I can't dispute them. I immediately called and cancelled my so called "subscription", and asked for a refund. The did say I would be able to get half of my charges refunded. They are ripping people off. Now I will never order stuff like this again, and any web site I do consider ordering from will be thoroughly investigated. Companies should not be able to set up a subscription without people being able to know that's what will happen.
