Lumanelle Skin Products is a big scam. They offer you a free trial, but the don't inform you that your trail starts the day you place your order. They also don't tell you that if you cancel with the automated recording that you can not send the product back and they charge you credit card $259.00 dollars if you try all 3 products. You have to call them several days ahead and they have to give you a RGA # before you send it back. This practice does not give the consumer a 14 day trail. The 30 day money back is a joke.
