I took several steps to alleviate the perceived problem only to discover that they never intended to stand behind there products. I purchased a premium moisture meter that showed that there installer was fabricating there moisture readings to try to get me to agree to void my waranty. They refunded the prepaid installation fee, but refused to make things right
