Complaint Review: Lumber Liquidators/ Henro Flooring

Lumber liquidators does not stand behind their product. You will go around in circles with them, they just hope you will give up. I will never give up because they destroyed my house.

     After their installer would not fix my $11,500 of floors that buckled in three weeks, Lumber Liquators will order an independent agent to come out to  test your floors, to find out what went wrong. This took three months. The agent found in his report that the installer was at fault. But they(Lumber Liquidators and Henro Flooring out of Hampstead NC) still did nothing. Putting a judgement on someone with no money is a waste of time and money.

Google them before doing any business with them. Watch them on Sixty Minutes . Bottom line, they are a very dirty company. The number of complaints in NC alone in in the three hundred range. Avoid
