I purchased about 3000 sq. ft of a tile. Later I needed about 200 more to finish a huge job. They said about 2 weeks but after about 3 weeks when I called now they say another month. This will hold up a 2 million dollar home from being completed. They made it very clear they didn't care about the problem, and weren't really interested in either hearing it or assisting with it. I tried the store manager, the corporate office and even tried to get a supervisor at coprporate but was told they are too busyto talk. I could give them my info and it would be e-mailed to the supervisor?
