Lumber Liquidators Lied about warranty, their wood is below grade lutherville Maryland
I purchased wood for my new home in June 2016. I was told by the sales rep that the wood came with a 30-year warranty that covered any sort of warping or dis-figuration with the wood. Now, the wood has warped, there are gaps in my floor etc.
The store I purchased it from, told me they would not and could not assist me at all and I had to call customer service.
I called customer service and they informed me that there is no warranty, the sales rep was wrong, and they won't help me at all.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR LOW PRICES. Their wood is below grade and when there is an issue with it, they are not there to help you.
