Lumber Liquidators LIED! Promised They'd Take Returned Merchandise ($250 of $5,400 order - VERY common product) AND THEN REFUSED (ALL UNOPENED BOXES) DISHONEST PEOPLE Nationwide
Dishonest people. I was warned - I didn't listen. They are SLICK!
I purposefully ordered hard wood (bamboo) that they claimed was one of their best sellers...
And - because of that - they promised that they'd take ANY unopened boxes back - with NO restocking fee!
They lied. My contractor went to return (only $250 of about a $5,400 order) - and can you believe it - they said NO!!!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
Have heard stories about them before - but - I was "taken in" by a friendly manager - and I trusted him. Shame on me!!!!
