Lumidaire I was charged 89.00 for a cream that i dont want and was told that there was nothing i could do to return or refund Nationwide

I ordered a sample product of a face cream from lumidaire. I called within the 14 days trial period to cancel my account and get nothing further. I was told that my account was canceled and then I would get an email which I never did. Then two weeks later, I have a pending $89.71 charge in my bank account from this company that says natural.com. I look up natural.com and there is nothing. So I called the number associated with it on my bank statement and I was told that I agreed to purchase this product within 14 days which I was not aware of and then I agree to the terms and conditions which there were no terms and conditions because this was a internet thing and I didn't read any kind of contract with these people. The lady was extremely rude and talked over me and then told me that she felt like she was a broken record and was just extremely extremely rude. She told me that there was nothing she could do to help me and that I did not call to cancel my account which I did. She asked me what my cancellation ID number was which I never got. I have to speak to the supervisor which I did and he offered me a 50% he said that there was no way that they could refund my money because I already had the product. I asked if they have an address that I can return it to get a refund and he said no. Then he proceeded to tell me that my account is still open so I said will it shut that down immediately and he says he did.

I called my bank to try to stop payment and I was told I might have to cancel my debit card. Then I got on the phone with the bank representative that does customer just you and we called this company together. The woman that we spoke with on the phone was just as rude as the first woman that I talk to and told my bank representative that I agreed to this that I have the products in my possession and that my account was closed like I had asked for. She then said that they already refunded me my money which confuse the situation with the bank representative. I told her that was not true I have not gotten any refund of anything but what she was talking about was the first day that I tried to buy the product trial and was supposed to be charged for 495 for shipping only they also charged me for two other products that I did not ask for. I called the company immediately which is not really a company but and a representative that handles phone calls for 200 different companies. That was what she was talking about as a refund it was a stop process of an order that was never made. So my bank representative thinks I got a refund which I did not and it is not in my bank.

I said I cannot believe this is legal and the woman actually said oh yes this is very legal and you have there cream in your possession. She says that when I cancel my account I agreed to settle and that the phone call was recorded. So my bank representative can do nothing because of that so I am stuck with this charge for this crap that I don't use and don't want meaning the trial product please do not ever give these people your debit card information that is a total scam and there's no way to contact them there's no contact us on their website the website is just to Russia trial. I know that the only thing they're going to get is a first purchase from all these people that are getting scam with his money just like I did
