He kept cutting me off as I was talking and wouldn't allow me to return for my elderly mother who is on a fixed income. He was EXTREMELY rude and told me that the customer is NOT always right. This company is doing things illegally. If you buy a product at any department store and don't like it, you return it. Not in this case. They don't want to hear anything you have to say - they just want your money. The government needs to put a STOP to companies like this that are misleading and crooked to a fault.
