On April 23, 2020

I placed an order for 2 wigs (the website order 1 and get 1 free) and some wig net caps.  I read that it would take 2 weeks and I have emailed a few times and called them a few times leaving a message and have received nothing from my order or contact back from the company.  My last email to them requested my refund of the $60.88 I sent to them for my order#7921. I have not heard back from them again.
