I participated on an on-line survey that would give me a gift (Luminant Skin facial lotion). In order to receive "the gift", I had to pay the shipping cost. Twenty days later, I noticed that my account had a 93 dollars deduction from Luminant Skin. I called them, and they told me that I did not cancell my account within 15 days after I opened it; therefore, (I never understood why?) they could take my money from my account. As a
"courtesy" they retorned to me 70 dollars.

I was just ripped off like many other people. I completed a survey, was told to pick from three diferrent gifts and pay the shipping and handling fee of $ 4.95...three weeks later I was also charged $ 93,95. When called I was told the samr words, I did not return the item, and as a courtesy they will give me back $ 75.00
PLEASE...help us to stop this people...they are the biggest thiefs ever.
