I was given both a telephone number and an email address for the purpose of cancelling this purchase if I wished. Calling the phone number the first time reached a man who told me the system was temporarily down and I needed to call again later. I tried several times afterwards and was put on hold for a long time and then cut off each time.

I sent emails twice and got a notice of non-delivery each time. I double checked the email address and it was correct. In short, it has been impossible for me to reach them in order to cancel, whether by their intention of because of problems they are having. It is now past the deadline for cancellation through no fault of mine. I had to file a dispute of the charge with my bank.
