Complaint Review: Luminate Skin

Luminate Skin Rejuvenate Skin product was returned to company, AS APPROVED, exactly as requested in March. When questioned about funds, I was told the product wasn't received and it was received but we didn't issue a refund yet. Date returned March 10, 2017, date of call inquiring about refund Jun 6,2017. NOTE I have a rash from the product and pictures documenting the facial rash. Internet

Requested 'free' sample of 1 Luminate and 1 Rejuvenate

Received 1 Luminate but not Rejuvenate

Credit Card Charges of Approximately $250.  Called to return and was provided a return number for both products.  I had not yet received the Rejuvenate.  Two days after the conversation, I received the Rejuvenate.  I boxed and returned the package via Canada Post Expedited on March 12, 2017.

I called to follow up (June 7, 2017). In the first call the return had not been received.  In the second call, the package was received but no cheque for refund was issued.  The Manager  was to call back within 15 minutes...no call.  Third call (45 minutes later) was advised that the manager was to busy and I had to wait until the manager had time.  I was told I could not hold and I had to wait until the manager had time to call.

Even when advised that, I broke out in a facial rash at the 2nd use, there seems to be no concern at all. I have pictures of my face and I have had to see 1/my family doctor 2/dermatologist 3/allergest.
