I ordered their product by phone from a TV advertisment which said Receive a free sample, just pay cost of shipping. I don't know if I was told that I would be enrolled in auto shipping but I knew that was the case. March 29, 2017 I ordered 2 products which were billed for the shipping separately but received only one email confirming the purchase. The told me later that what I agreed to was in the email. When I was charged $88.62 and $89.84 respectively for the 2 products on April 13th I called them on April 17th and told them I did not want any more of the product. I had to call twice and talk to Limineer person, then again a Solue person to cancel both products using the same phone number (press 1 for Limineer, 2 for Soleu (sp?). They told me that they could not refund me anything because I agreed to the terms in the email. I expected to have received the auto shipped product since I was billed for it. On May 9th, I called to tell them I had not received the product I had been billed for and was told that I cancelled before the auto ship took place. I told them I had been billed for it and was told that I was billed for the free sample. They said the product sample was not free unless I had called before 2 weeks ended. They said these terms were in the email I received, which I thought was just a shipping confirmation.
