Complaint Review: Luminess air

I placed a order for the luminess air system on the 9th of November when i placed the order before giving any card information I asked all the questions prior to scams I have heard about this company so ok I placed the order and I was at work something said call and see when your trial over cause I know I was told you have 30 days from the time of placing the order ok now tell me why here it is the 6th of December they went into my account and took money out knowing I haven't even had 30 days to use it cause the make up that was sent wasn't even the right match so it was pretty much useless for about 2 weeks so ok but I told them how y'all gonna advertise for 30 days and don't get it I said that's false advertisement and fraud cause I asked all those questions and no one from the idiot company couldn't even tell me why I was charged days earlier before I was suppose to

so I had to call more than once to threaten them to refund me ASAP or they was gone face legal action and fraud charges from my bank to get my money back so eventually they process the refund after I had to literally scare them and tried to offer me chances to keep it I said hell no cause I don't want to deal with y'all lying over and over and I rushed and sent them the system back cause it's not even worth the amount they charge it looks like a toy that worth only 20 dollars than 180 or whatever the price and the make up is horrible cause my regular foundation is more flawless than this crap that's watered down that separate and have to shake and gets clogged easily so I know from here on out this company is the worse with lies and scams
