Complaint Review: LuminessAir

LuminessAir Customer service keeps charging you even though you cancel. Each time you call back they have "no record" of earlier conversation. Been trying for 4 months now. Texas

We purchased the LuminessAir system with the $35/month option. 4 months ago we requested cancellation. When we were charged a month later they had no record of any cancellation etc...so we cancelled again, this whent on for another 2 months. We finally called 2 weeks back and threatened legal action even though they still "do not have any record" of the last four attempts we made. We were once again billed today for $35.

DO NOT trust a unethical company such as this with your credit information, once they have means to steal money from you they will not stop. 

You cannot cancel online so all your attempts to cancel over the phone will fall on def greedy ears.

call the bank, cancel your card.  then go into bank and get a new card.  no more illegal withdrawals from your account
