Complaint Review: Luna Belle

Luna Belle or Luma Belle Illegally took money out of my account !!! I have no idea never got any paperwork stating ! Nationwide

 I had found this product via Pinterest and was reading about products and that I could get a sample for 4.95 and I though cool. So upon checking out it ask about eye care serum for 4.99, I thought sure samples to try their product cool. I was waiting for a terms abs conditions box so that I could read and click on it or not further my purchase. It didn’t have one, which I thought was odd, so I thought the shipment will come with paperwork stating these terms/conditions. Finally got the product, no paperwork , no forwarding address, NOTHING! I thought ok, definitely no terms or conditions it’s an actual sample. Further inspected this product, the moisturizer jar came all messed up, the lid doesn’t fit properly, and product sucks, it will break you out horribly! The eye serum package was fine, but the product does nothing, absolutely 100% NOTHING! I also used it on people who are older then me and it does nothing! Anyways, I thought well for 9bucks or so not a big deal if product doesn’t work.

I checked my account on 10/18/2017 I have a charge of 89.92 from a Glass media LLC , I tried calling the number that was associated with the debit transaction and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED! So I dispute fit with my bank. This mornin 10/19/2017 I check my account again there is ANOTHER transaction from a company called Pink summer skincare for 84.95, I was and am LIVID! so I call the number associated with that transaction, I finally get ahold of someone. I spoke to the lady explained my situation and she said ,”well you missed the terms and conductions, can’t do nothing about the charges now your 14 days are up. But did you know your automatically enrolled in the membership?” I told her to cancel everything ! So I got it cancelled and received an email ofntht cancellation. I call my bank trying to disputed the charges they told me I had to rectify the situation with the merchant.

So I call back finally got through , I explained it again , the man then says there was definitely terms/conditions that I agreed to . I told him there was no box to mark, “I agree to these terms and conditions” , there was absolutely no such thing stating that after 14 days I would be billed over 150 dollars plus enrolled into a membership! He said, “ well you missed the terms and conditions but it was there”. I then told him let me speak to someone who can rectify this situation. He goes on to tell me that every supervisor is in a meeting. I said, “ that is the biggest piece of bullshit I ever heard!” I then proceeded to tell him, if they are still in a meeting in couple of hours , I will make sure I sue this so called company for all charges incurred plus mental and financial anguish “ then I hung up.

I wrote two emails. The last email I wrote themmexplained and then said if the issue was/will not be rectified and if I EVER SEE ANY FUTURE CHARGES FROM THIS “so called company” , I will sue for current, future charges, court cost, attorney fees, and any/all mentlanana finaiclananguish this “ company” put me through. I also said, “ this company illegally took money out of my account and it needs to be put back in. You can’t Charge ppl for a product that they are unaware of the terms/ conditions because you ya son box for them to mark”. After sending the email I get a phone call from a supervisor about the email I had sent. Wow that was fast! Short story , I will be getting a refund of 50% which is around 84 some odd dollars , it should be all, I’m so pissed! They go under several different names & im assuming it’s because they run a Mickey Mouse operation and do lots of illegal s**t! ! Scamming. Deceiving, unethical business behavior to its finest
