I recently made a purchase at www.lunaestrella.com of some handbags. On the website is stated that all the items are a 100% authentic. As soon as I received the items I took them to get verified and to my surprise, they were not authentic. They are just a good replica!!
I contacted Luna Estrella Fashion right away, explained the situation and requested a refund.

All I wanted was to return the handbags and get my money back. She wrote me an email saying that they do not have cash to make a refund, that they could only make an exchange for other items. Why will I want to make an exchange if there is a big possibility that I will be getting fake items again.

I also do not know where they invented this return policy, because is not stated on any part on their website. I tried to get a friendly agreement with them, but they refuse to make a refund. I think that is not fair, because they are selling the items as 100% authentic, when they are not!! I am requesting a full refund of $563.04. I know they should have that amount of money available, but they are very uneasy to work with.

Therefore I encourage buyers not to trust this site. Be aware!

Luna Estrella never issued a refund after the items were returned

I returned during the last month of October 2008 the items that I purchased from this company because they said they will issued a refund, but they never did. We are already in March 2009 and I have not received anything from this company.

They also had to filed a fake rebuttal because they have nothing else to say. Thats all they know how to do, sell fake and tell lies.

I continue to encourage customers not to trust this site. Whenever they decide to solve this issue I will make a new update to the report with the new information, but until then this is all I have to say.

Buyer could not sell for a profit and wanted to return, and then after offering an exchange they never sent the items! We can't take back every item that someone can't sell for a good enough profit!!
