Complaint Review: Luna. Skin care

Luna. Skin care They made a transaction for two purchases which I didn't order costing me 177 dollars. When I file a claim they gave some lame excuse I didn't cancel. I Nevers purchased any order in the amount of 177 dollars. Now my bank won't refund my money this company claims I owed them and I never received what ever the products were that I did not order. Internet

 This luna skin care is a rip off. They took money from my bank account for two items I never ordered. Now my bank is not refunding me the money. I haven't received anything package that I paid 177.00. Dollars for and I never would. They are a cheat. The only thing I had ordered was a trial and that was 4 months ago. Nothing since. Now I've had to get a new account new card this should not have to happen.

This usually comes through a "free trial" offer where you just pay shipping for the products. The catch is if you don't cancel within a certain time period (usually 14 days from date of order) then you are subscribed to their monthly purchase plan. This entails paying full price for the "trial" (in this case the $177) and it will happen every month until you cancel per the company's procedure. You might want to consider telling your bank you lost your card and getting one with a completely new number (not just a change in the last four digits) so this company can't keep charging you.
