Luna skin cream Luna skin care I purchase what I understood to be a sample to pay shipping only and then was charged full price 87.35 & 89.95, when I called I was told I needed to cancel within 14 days which I did not see any where that was the fact or I would not have purchased, what a scam they would not refund my full amount, they started at 35% and then 50% and finaly 75%, very unhappy do not by into this it is a scam!! I bought the free sample pay shipping only and then I get billed for 87.35 & 89.95 , when I called I was told I had to cancel within 14 days if I did not want, I said I did not sign up for anything and they said I did. I told them I wanted a refund and they refused, they finally said they would give my 35% back I refused then they said they would give me 50%, I refused again finally after they talked to Corporate, yea right they could give me 75%, still not happy this is a big scam.
