I cancelled the order on the day I received an email providing the shipment date, received a cancellation code "C3627999 & C3628001" but was STILL CHARGED FOR THE PRODUCTS !! When I called Customer Service I was told there are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS ! No Supervisors to speak with on the phone ! Internet
I received an email telling me that the product would be shipped. I called the same day to cancel shipment. I was told that the product had not shipped yet, and given 2 cancellation codes : C3627999 & C3628001. I was told to call if the products were charged to my credit card and I would be provided a refund since the products did not ship.
I received an email confirming my cancellation. The next day, I received an email stating the products had shipped and the $94.94 plus $91.94 were charged against my credit card ! I am amazed that Shark Tank would align their name with such a shady company. This is no way to do business !
