I purchased a 2004 Hummer from Lund Cadillac on 1/31/04. Overall I was happy with the experience.

I had purchased upgrades with my vehicle that would need to be added after delivery. When I brought my new Hummer home I then realized that it would not fit into my garage if I added the rear tire mount I had purchased.
I then decided to cancel my order for the add-ons. I was happy with the vehicle the way it was.

THIS IS WHERE MY PROBLEM BEGINS !

The following day I called my Salesman to tell him I had decided not to purchase any of the add-ons to my vehicle. My salesman directed me to call the Finance Dept. (they had sold me the add-ons). I then left a message with the Finance Dept. to call me.

After about a week and no returned phone calls I went to Lund Cadillac.

I was told that John Scotellaro (Finance Manager)was not in. I wrote him a note asking to cancel my order for the add-ons and to call me about how this would effect my financing. I personally left the note on his desk.

It is now November 17TH,2004 I have had NO RESPONSE at all from Lund Cadillac.I have continued calling every week since Feb.1st My Admin has called and was told in August by John Scotellaro that he would figure out how much they owed me since the $4740.00 dollars was included in my financing and I have been paying interest on it since Feb.

Again, I have NOT RECEIVED any return calls from Lund Caddillac.

In September, I decided to start calling the General Manager of Lund Cadillac John Halverson. I have left SIX messages with the receptionist asking John Halverson to PLEASE return my call.

GUESS WHAT I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!!

I am repulsed by the way Lund Cadillac chooses to treat their customer.I am frustrated by their lack of interest in their customer's satisfaction. I just want MY money back. I paid for items I never took possesion of.

LUND CADILLAC GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!
