Lundeen's Body Shop 456 5744 Charges for extra time above quote, even though it's their fault, you must pay. corruption dishonest ripoffs fairbanks Alaska .....

When in to have work done on my car, but the person
doing the work didn't know how to take the damaged
part of my car apart. Since he took longer than expected, the owner charge me extra for the time
his body man took, to disassemble my car part for
repair. I had a firm quote in writing from him and at
not time did he say anything about paying extra.

I got the impression that this was stardard procedure for them and they regularly soak the customer for extra money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody; although I must say, they did good work on my rig. They should have stuck to the original contract and not stuck me for extra dollars; because their body man didn't know what he was doing.
