Complaint Review: Lundgren Honda

I had two appointments with Lundgren Honda for oil changes and adjustments to the switch that controls the backup lights. The first visit cost me $48.50 for the switch adjustment, but there was no improvement. The next visit I was quoted $566.00 to replace the defective switch; I was told it was not possible to adjust it because it was defective. I had the switch adjusted by an independent garage for less than half the $48.50 and it works beautifully! Lundgren Honda has not responded to my request for a refund, probably because it would be an admission of price gouging.
