Lupus Superior Refuses to pay me for my last week work Grand Prairie Texas
The owner of the company (Milli) does not want to pay me for the last week of work I did for him. I ran from Reno, NV to Fresno,CA to Portland, OR to Dallas,TX and he refuses to pay me for the work. He pays .38/mile but he only takes loads that are profitable for him regardless of miles. He micro manages his drivers entirely too much. It's like working for a dictator. He makes all of his drivers pay 1500 towards an escrow account which is normal. However, if you decide to leave his company before you build up the 1500 he will take your last check and keep it to go towards an escrow you no longer need. Which is not stated in the contract he makes you sign Drivers please beware. He starts off as a nice caring guy to work for than after you get in the truck it's a completely different person.

We couldnt ask working for a better company! Mili, Jelena, and Milos are an awesome team to work for! We never have to wait on a load, we always get plenty of miles. Mili always gives us a choice run. He never demands anything! They are always very polite and respectful. If you dont make it at this company than you either have a crappy attitude or are a crappy driver. We get paid on time everytime. Jelena's paychecks and miles are always right on the money. We have been here 8 months now and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! They even put me and my wifes name on our door to remind us we are people not just a truck number. This company truly is stress free and family oriented. What mili asks for and offers in his employment ad is 100% accurate. I can say here we are family. If you work hard for Lupus, they will definitely work hard for you! Warning: if you are a crybaby and cant handle miles, or if you have issues being part of a team or like stress and drama then you might want to seek another company, i hear cr england and swift is now accepting pansies and crappy drivers. thank you for everything Lupus!!!!
