I found this website for Louis Vuitton bags and I knew it was too good to be true. A regularly $600 bag for $150 on Lushbags, something must not be right here. Well I bought the real Louis Vuitton from eluxury and I love it. But I couldn't see myself buying a $200 wallet to match so I decided to buy the $69 wallet off lushbags. I get my package in the mail, which by the way ripped me off for Federal Express, it should not have been $18.00 for 2 days delivery.

So I got my wallet only to realize that it's not the correct one I ordered. I received the Wallet Organizer which is not the size I order, it is substanially larger than one I ordered. I emailed them telling them I received the wrong item, gave them my order info, they replied less than 24 hours later and said my correct order would be shipped out, they aplogized for the mix up and even told me to keep the wrong wallet "for my inconvenience".

I thought that was very generous, but that raised the red flag and gave it away that no way in hell are these bags and wallets the real deal, why in heck would they let me keep a $200 wallet free of charge. So my second wallet came in the mail a week later, guess what? Same darn wallet as the last one, the wallet organizer. This time I was a little more upset, I stated in my email that I received the wrong wallet AGAIN, I would like the one I ordered, and if they didn't have the wallet in stock I would wait, or if it's not in stock would they be kind enough to tell me that they are no longer carrying it.

It was obvious they just wanted my money. I asked them to email me back with a contact person so I could speak to a live person. They emailed me back, never aplogized and told me to send the original wallet back, and then gave me a Flushing address. They told me that a new one would be in the mail. Well guess what folks, guess what I just got in the mail today, the wrong freaking wallet again. I am so furious with them.

Not only did they mess up once and then twice, they messed up a third time, this is unacceptable. I am trying to get a phone number for them, but I can't seem to find one. I will send yet another email stating my situtation and it may be a little more nastier than the ones before this. My advise to anyone that wants to buy from lushbags.com, DON'T DO IT. They are fake bags and wallets and it's not even worth it. Save your money and buy the real thing one day, it's worth the hundreds of dollars.

They registered through TUCOWS, INC., web site www.tucows.com. If you want to send a message to the domain holder, go to http://www.tucows.ca/ and type in the information. (Although when I tried it today, I got an Internal Server Error)

The bags are most definitely counterfeit--Lushbags is based in Flushing, NY which has a huge counterfeit stock operation like Chinatown.

You should dispute the charge with your credit card company. Good luck!
