I purchased a "trial" of Radiant Eye Serum / Skin Lush / Royal Serum on April 19. It arrived 9 days later (5 days ago). I tried it and it burned my skin - not such a surprise as many things cause my sensitive skin discomfort or reaction. Today I received a fraud alert from my credit card that a charge of $89+ was made by Lushskin. I called the number supplied by my credit card company and talked to Skin Lush / LushSkin Customer Service. She told me that thd 14 day trial starts when you order - not when you receive it. There is no return policy. This is a total scam - I would like to cover the Internet with messages to consumers to NEVER buy anything from them.

As an aside - besides the burning caused by the product to my skin, it did NOT work as shown in the video. It looked like one of those instant eye fixes... their video showed you waited 2 minutes and the bags suddenly disappear. There was NO difference with use. 

Also, the Website automatically ordered for me a second product (Royal Serum) - which I did NOT order. This company should be reported to Better Business Bureau. Tell everyone you know to stay away from them.
