Lushbags ripoff Misrepresented handbag. Took 5 weeks, with numerous email houndings to get my handbag. Don't order from them. Internet
I placed an order for a Monogram Pochette Croissant on DEc. 20th. I kept waiting for it's arrival and it never came and it had been two weeks. I sent numerous emails trying to get in touch with someone. I went to the pay system they used and requested a refund.
Finally, I got an email where they had just shipped my order. AT that time it was 5 weeks. When I received the purse, it was nothing like the picture. VERY CHEAP Looking. I decided that as much trouble as I had just trying to get my item, I can imagine the trouble it would be to return it. Lesson learn
