Luster PCMBrilliant Eye Charged $92.97 twice for product that was supposed to be charged shipping only California
On January 28, 2018 I bought a face cream and an eye cream on line from a company advertised on Facebook. I was charged $4.85 and $5.97 for shipping even though they came in the same package. Then I had an unauthorized charge of $92.97 on 2/14/18 from VSDMCLL Eyebloom.
This has been followed by another unauthorized charge of $92.97 from PCM Brilliant Eye. The first charge shows a phone number 888-528-4112. The Brilliant Eye shows a phone number 888-895-5218. When I ordered there was nothing that said there would be any charge except the initial shipping charges.
