I expressed my interest to buy a 2006 new Honda Accord. A sales manager James Wang discouraged me from buying the new car by saying It will save you a lot of money and I will give you a good price if you buy a used car from us. Then he sold me a 2005 Honda Accord LX used car in the price of $19,998.00 + TTL.

Eleven days later, at the same dealership, I was offered a price of $19,200.00 + TTL to purchase a new 2006 Honda Accord LX. When I made a complaint about the situation and wanted to return the used car to get the full credit, another manager Tommy Ly only let me trade-in the used car in the price of $17,000.00 for purchasing the new car.

I sent a letter to the General Manager of Lute Riley Honda to seek a solution. I did not get any response.
