I traded in my Accord in July, 2001 for a close-out deal on a 2001 Civic EX. I found out several weeks later, that I had an extended warranty.

I went round and round with the salesman, the finance dept. & the manager. They claimed all the paperwork was explained to me, but I assure it was not. Not one single time did they have me sign a paper, and tell me "this is for the extended warranty". No one ever even explained their extended warranty to me, or offered it to me. I was even told at one point that it is stand procedure for them to write it up, and then at the customer's option, they can later take it off.
