I ordered a charging case for my iPhone 6S Plus on 4/23/18. They billed my PayPal account right away and gave me an order number and USPS tracking number. As of 6/21/18 USPS shows only that a shipping label was created, but they are still awaiting delivery of the item. Their phone does not work. Multiple emails have not answer the simple question of when the item will ship. I finally attempted to cancel the order on 6/19/18. They replied on 6/20/18 that the order could not be cancelled. Emails since then have gone unanswered.
