Lux Sauna Bill Damaged Shippment and Giving a Problem Exchanging Internet

I have been wanting a sauna for about 10 years. I did a lot of research and finally settled on Lux Sauna for many reasons. They were having a sale,  so I went for it. I called and spoke with Bill who was very informative and helpful and placed my order. 

I prepped an area especially for the sauna near an outlet and waited for the delivery.  About 2 hours ago, it arrived. As the stack of 3 boxes on the pallet appeared, my heart sank. The boxes looked like they had traveled the world over for about 5 years, tattered/torn/plastic straps hanging,  etc.

When the boxes came off the truck I saw that the exposed wood was destroyed/damaged. After quickly deliberating, I decided I would not accept the shipment (the driver agreed).  I took several photos of the shipment and damage.  I left a voice message and text message complete with photos explaining the situation.  Bill called me back 15 min later and I explained the problem to him. He told me the packaging breaks all the time, but that the items inside would be fine.

I had to explain that I could see through the packaging and that the wood on the inside was damaged and parts of the wood were completely missing. I had to again explain that I did not accept the shipment and KINDLY asked that all I needed was a  replacement sauna sent to me. He sounded more and more disturbed with me as the brief conversation went on.  He rudely exclaimed that nothing would or could be done until they receive it back at the factory AND HUNG UP ON ME.

I then found this company on "ripoffreport" and saw all the other complaints.  The other problem is this company is liquidating and as of 3 weeks ago only had 2 of these left, so the chances of me even getting another one are slim to none.

I contacted my credit card company and they are attempting to help.  I will update with any further info.  If you've had something similar,  please let me know.  Thanks!
